So I've taken time out of my busy day to post here. I'm a chain smoking maniac with nice firm calves and don't you ever forget it.

Actually, I don't have much to say, and was thinking about mentioning something about the study that I read about on Yummy but seriously, no one reads this except for people who already read yummy so what's the point?
